Step 1: Cook 180g Yutaka Sushi Rice, and season with 2 tbsp Japanese rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt.
Step 2: Gentle open a tofu pouch and fill with the seasoned rice and gently push with your fingers so that the pocket is filled all the way to the corners.
Step 3: Add your choice of toppings such as cooked prawns, thinly sliced omelettes, grilled salmon, edamame or vegetables. Remember to also top with sesame seeds at the end for a finishing touch!
