Oolong tea is partially oxidised, giving it a flavour that’s stronger than green tea but lighter than black tea. This process also enhances its aroma and smooth texture.
Oolong tea is rich in antioxidants, supports metabolism, digestion, and heart health, and provides a gentle energy boost.
Steep at 85–95°C for 2–4 minutes. Avoid boiling water to preserve its delicate flavour and prevent bitterness.
To maintain freshness, store your oolong teas in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
