1. Do you have a minimum order requirement for delivery?
There is no minimum order requirement for delivery. Shipping options and prices are based on delivery location, weight, and order value.
2. How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

3. Do you offer pick-up services?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer pick-up services and can only deliver to your nominated address.
4. Do you shipping internationally?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship internationally.
5. Has my order been despatched yet?
We send a notification to inform you when your order has been despatched. This notification will include order tracking details.
6. How can I track my order?

7. Tracking shows my parcel was delivered but I have not received it. Can you help?

If your order has been despatched, we recommend that your refuse the delivery or return the order using the instructions in our returns policy.

2. I forgot to apply a promotional code to my order, is it too late?
