One of the most popular noodle brands in South Korea, An Sung Tang Myun was first created by Nongshim in 1983 with the intention of recreating the taste of traditional cabbage leaf soup.
An Sung Tang Myun is made from meat extracts and beef bone extracts from Anseong cattle to which soybean paste and chili powder are added. The thick broth soup, vegetables and chewy noodles are loved the country round.

Directions: Add noodles and seasoning powder into 550ml of boiling water. Cook for 4 1/2 minutes. Stir well and serve.
