Step 1: Soak the rice noodle in hot water for 1-2 minutes and drain well

Step 2: Add seasoning in 1/3 cup of water

Step 3: Add oil and fry 50-90g of shrimps and tofu. Add the noodles (from step 1) and seasoning (from step 2) and cook wel. Add 1 egg, 15g dried shrimp, 100g fresh beansprouts, 20g chinese chives and 30g crushed peanuts. Mix well and cook for a further 3 mins.
