Ingredients (Serves 2)

- 1½–2 tbsp Miso Paste
Other ingredients:
- 100g Silken tofu, cubed
- 600ml water
- Vegetables: Spring onions, wakame, spinach, or pak choi (optional)

Method
- Heat the water: Gently bring to a simmer in a saucepan (do not boil).
- Dissolve the miso: Mix miso with a bit of hot water, then stir back into the pan.
- Add tofu and veg: Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve: Taste and serve hot.
