  • 100g Silken tofu, cubed
  • 600ml water
  • Vegetables: Spring onions, wakame, spinach, or pak choi (optional)

Method

  1. Heat the water: Gently bring to a simmer in a saucepan (do not boil).
  2. Dissolve the miso: Mix miso with a bit of hot water, then stir back into the pan.
  3. Add tofu and veg: Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Serve: Taste and serve hot.
