This type of Jasmine rice is known locally in Cambodia as Phka Rumdoul, and is consistently voted as the best rice in the world. It is slightly sticky, has a fluffy texture and comes polished white. Grown sustainably, it's true classic rice that is highly fragrant and flavoursome.
Cooking is simple. Cook just like any other long-gran rice. We love it with many of our favourite Asian recipes including Thai curries, egg-fried rice, and Hainanese chicken rice.
