First created in 1983 by Nongshim, An Sung Tang Myun is one of South Korea’s most beloved noodle soups. Made with meat and beef bone extracts from Anseong cattle, combined with soybean paste and chilli powder, this soup delivers a thick, rich broth that embodies traditional Korean cabbage leaf soup flavours. The chewy noodles and hearty broth make it a perfect comforting meal.
