Isn't three cuisines a bit scattered?+
The opposite, in practice. Soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce are shared across all three, so the set covers more ground than three separate boxes would at the same price.
Do they need to be a confident cook?+
No. Miso and shiitake in hot water is soup in five minutes. Noodles with chilli oil and soy takes about the same.
Can I send it straight to them?+

How long will everything keep?+
We aim for at least two months from dispatch, usually longer. The dried shiitake and sauces keep for a long time; refrigerate the pastes after opening.
