How is this different from the standard sushi set?+
Four more things: inari pockets, Kewpie mayo, sesame seeds and extra nori. It covers three styles of sushi rather than one, and inari needs no rolling at all.
Do they need raw fish?+
No, and most people don't use it. Avocado, cucumber, cooked prawns and smoked salmon all work well.
Can I send it straight to them?+

How long will everything keep?+
We aim for at least two months from dispatch, usually longer. The rice, nori and mat keep far beyond that.
