We aim for at least two months from dispatch, usually longer. Pantry items like soy sauce and noodles keep well past that; we send what's freshest rather than clearing old stock.
Do they need to be able to cook?+
No. Katsu curry is fifteen minutes and needs no technique. The rest can wait until they're curious.

Store-cupboard basics only — rice or protein for most dishes, and an onion for the curry. Nothing specialist.
