Do I need a filling?+
No. Plain rice with a furikake topping is common. Tuna mayo, salmon or pickled plum work well if you want one.
Can I send it straight to them?+

Is the mould hard to use?+
No. Fill each hole, press, and turn out two neat rice balls at a time, no hand-shaping needed.
How long will everything keep?+
We aim for at least two months from dispatch, usually longer. The mould and paddle are hinoki wood and keep indefinitely with normal care.
