How to unwind unwind

Brew the tea

A heaped teaspoon of hojicha in 90Ā°C water, steeped for 2 to 3 minutes. Good without milk.

Light the incense

Set the mat on a heat-proof dish, light one end and lay the stick flat. Stay in the room while it burns.

Use the comb

Work it through the hair or press it into the neck and shoulders. Then tie the furoshiki into a bag to keep.

What else will they need?+
A match or lighter for the incense. Everything else is in the box.
Is the incense safe to leave burning?+
No. Burn it on the mat, on a flat heat-proof dish, away from anything flammable and out of draughts. Stay nearby, check the flame is out and let the ash cool before throwing it away.
What is the furoshiki for?+
It is a 50cm cotton cloth. Tie it into a small bag to carry the set, or use it as a wrap.
