How spicy is the Buldak?+
Hot, and deliberately so — it's famous for it. The Cheese version is the gentler of the two. Shin Ramyun is warming rather than fiery, so there's a route in for anyone cautious.
Is there any cooking involved?+
Barely. Everything needs hot water or a few minutes in a pan. The kimchi is ready to eat straight from the pack.
