How is this different from the smaller sushi making set?+
This sushi set includes four more things: inari pockets, Kewpie mayo, plus black and white sesame seeds. It covers three styles of sushi rather than two, and inari needs no rolling at all.
Do they need raw fish?+
No, and most people don't use it. Avocado, cucumber, cooked prawns and smoked salmon all work well.
Can I send it straight to them?+

How long will everything keep?+
We aim for at least two months from dispatch, usually longer. The rice, nori and mat often keep far beyond that.
