Do they need raw fish?+
No, and most people don't use it. Avocado, cucumber, cooked prawns, smoked salmon or crab sticks all work, and there's no food safety worry.
Can I send it straight to them?+

Is it hard if you've never done it?+
The first roll usually falls apart. By the third it holds. The bamboo mat does the part people expect to find difficult.
How long will everything keep?+
