Returns - Changed your mind
At morueats we want you to have an enjoyable, memorable experience every time you shop with us.
We understand there may be times when you change your mind about an item (or items) you have purchased and wish to make a return.
We have a 28-day return policy for non-perishable goods, which means you have 28 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item (or items) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
In some cases, you may be required to send the item (or items) you wish to return to us. You may also be required to include a copy of the invoice or delivery note as proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Please note that any postage costs incurred when making a return during this period will be at your own cost. If a promotional discount was applied to your postage fee, the refund amount may be adjusted if your total spending no longer meets the delivery offer qualifications
Due to the perishable nature of our products, unless the item is damaged or faulty, you do not otherwise have a right to cancel your order or any contract between us. We are not otherwise able to offer refunds or allow for a return of those items, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Returns - Damaged or faulty goods
If you receive your order damaged or faulty, please request a refund by contacting us at hello@morueats.com.
To be eligible for a refund, you must retain the original packaging and notify us within 14 days after receiving your order. Please also include a photo of the problem in your message (if applicable) and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund.

Returns - Receiving a refund
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch.
